Marty Hopkirk was Jeff Randall's business partner, until he was killed by the person he was meant to be protecting. He came back as a ghost to try and solve his own murder, but he didn't return to his grave in time and is now trapped on the earth. He can only be seen by Jeff, and he has ghostly powers, such as possessing people and shrinking shoes.
