Vinnie Jones was born in Watford, England on January 5th 1965 - he is best known for being a professional footballer in the United Kingdom playing in the English Football League for such teams as Wimbledon, Leeds United, Sheffield United, Chelsea and Queens Park Rangers. After retiring from a fifteen year long career in the game, Vinnie made his acting debut as "Big Chris" in the cult British comedy/thriller Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998). Since Lock Stock, Vinnie has appeared in numerous major motion picture films which has now earn him several awards and acknowledgement for being a highly talented actor.
Vinnie currently resides in England with his wife Tanya and their two children.
