voiced Colonel in 101 Dalmatians: The Series

Colonel is an elderly sheep dog who has seen and done many things during his lifetime. When Cruella De Vil attempted to steal Pongo and Perdita’s Dalmatians in an attempt to slaughter them and use their fur in her fashion designs, he was one of the individuals responsible for helping resolve the issue and return the Dalmatians home without incident; though Colonel’s loyal friend, Sergeant Tibbs, also assisted in that endeavor. Colonel now spends his time resting on the Dearly Farm, as he is quite old and he no longer has the same physical endurance that he had when he was younger, though he directly oversees many operations in the Bark Brigade and Sergeant Tibbs keeps him well informed of the issues that he doesn’t know of. In his spare time, Colonel enjoys telling stories of things that occurred in his past to the Dalmatians who stop by to visit them, despite the fact that the Dalmatians aren’t always interested in hearing what he has to say, though he also instills morals into the Dalmatians to help them see the error of their ways, or to realize that they need to do something better in the future. Despite the fact that he is slowly becoming less and less important around the Dearly Farm, due to his age, he remains one of the most respected figures and he has done everything he can to ensure the Bark Brigade succeeds in its mission.

voiced Mayor Ed Pig in 101 Dalmatians: The Series

Mayor Ed Pig is the mayor of the Dearly Farm, which is due to the fact that nobody else has expressed interest in becoming mayor, so whenever Election Day rolls around, he is usually the only animal on the ballot. However, even though there are trivialities behind how he gets elected each term, Mayor Ed Pig takes his job as seriously and he implements policies and law into effect that he believes will benefit society in one method or another. Unfortunately for the denizens of the Dearly Farm, Mayor Ed Pig is also extremely corrupt and he often uses his position as mayor to fulfill his desires, whether it be through confiscating items that the animals have, or accepting bribes in return for his support; though his corruption has been noticed by a few of the animals on the Dearly Farm. Despite his corrupt nature, Mayor Ed Pig is generally popular, according to the consensus of all the animals on the Dearly Farm, though such is due to the fact that he constantly tries to ensure people’s votes through his actions and his speeches. The only thing that Mayor Ed Pig loves more than his position as mayor is his daughter, Dumpling, whom he spoils at every chance he can get; though who his wife was, or what happened to her, remains a mystery and it is something that is never discussed throughout the course of the series.

voiced Bonkers / Trailmix Bonkers / Sheerluck Bonkers etc [He's Bonkers] in Bonkers

These are the characters Bonkers D. Bobcat played in the He's Bonkers mini-series. Actually, this is one and the same character in different situations. In most cases, Jitters is his friend, Grumbles is his enemy or severe boss, and Fawn is the girl he is madly in love with.

Distinctive marks: Bonkers is a zany bobcat with squinting blue eyes, tufted ears, a short tail and heart-shaped pads on his feet. Usually wears a green pullover.

Note: this is the first version of Bonkers. The He's Bonkers shorts produced by Larry Latham aired in 1992.

The pictures to the left are screenshots from the episodes made by Wang Film Productions and the official model sheet.

voiced Bonkers D. Bobcat (I) [S01, S03] in Bonkers

This is Bonkers D. Bobcat, the main character of the series, as he appeared in seasons 1 and 3 (also called "Piquel episodes" after Bonkers' partner, Lucky Piquel, or "Taylor episodes" after the producer, Robert Taylor).

Occupation: Police Officer; used to be a popular actor starring in slapstick comedies and westerns.

Distinctive marks: A bobcat with large black eyes and a surprisingly long bushy tail.

Disposition: Eccentric and hyper-emotional, but not stupid. His toon logic often helps him solve the cases using weird methods a human would never think of.

Known friends: Lucky Piquel (partner), Fall Apart Rabbit, Toots, Police Light, Police Radio, Mad Hatter, March Hare, Professor Ludwig von Drake.

Signature phrase: "Silly me!"

Note: This is the final version of the character. When speaking of Bonkers, people usually mean the "Taylor episodes". All three video games are based on seasons 1 and 3; the video cassettes contain only "Piquel episodes"; collectable pins, porcelain figures and other merchandise portray Bonkers the way he looked in this part of the series.

The screenshots are from the episodes made by Walt Disney Television Animation (Australia), Kennedy Cartoons and Walt Disney Animation (Japan), respectively.

voiced Bonkers D. Bobcat (II) [S02, S04] in Bonkers

This is Bonkers D. Bobcat as he appeared in seasons 2 and 4 (also called "Miranda episodes" after Bonkers' partner, Miranda Wright, or "Capizzi episodes" after the producer, Duane Capizzi). He is supposed to look the same as in He's Bonkers, but he looks slightly different because other animation studios worked on these episodes.

Disposition: Similar to his character from He's Bonkers. Madly in love with Fawn but still wont to fall in love with any cute girl in his field of vision, no matter whether she is a toon or a human, as shown in "CasaBonkers" and "Love Stuck".

Known friends: Miranda Wright (partner), Jitters A. Dog, Roderick Lizzard, Snitch the Rat, Professor Ludwig von Drake.

Signature phrase: "Awesome possum!"

Note: The first screenshot is from an episode made by Walt Disney Animation (Japan), the studio that worked on most part of Season 4 (debuted on Disney Channel in February 1993).
The second picture is from an episode by Sunwoo Animation, the studio responsible for Season 2 (aired on Toon Disney in October 1993).

voiced Lucky Piquel in Bonkers

Full name: Lucky Piquel (that's [pi-kell], never call him Pickle!)

Age: 42*

Occupation: Police Officer.
It is difficult to say how long he has been working in police because different episodes contradict each other. In "Going Bonkers" Lucky says he is a "twelve-year veteran" and a rising star "shining in his [Chief's] face for 12 years". In "Hear No Bonkers, See No Bonkers" he talks about "10 years on the beat". According to "Time Wounds All Heels", he has been on the force for at least 20 years.
First time we see Lucky he is a patrolman. Piquel gets promoted the day he meets Bonkers ("Going Bonkers"): Chief Kanifky makes him a detective.

Disposition: to be added.

Signature phrase: (grinding out disdainfully) "Toons..."

Appears in: "Going Bonkers", Season 1, Season 3, "New Partners on the Block".

* Lucky often repeats, "only 8 more years to retirement". Let's assume that policemen in the USA can retire at 50.

Note: Rumors are that this character was based on Eddie Valiant from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Lucky and Eddie do have much in common - including their disposition, attitude to toons and the signature phrase.

Negaduck is really violent, nasty and hostile [and proud of it]. He's one of the really popular characters. Negaduck is from the Negaverse, of which is seen in Life, The Negaverse And Everything. Negaduck has many times tried to get rid of Darkwing, but it hasn't worked so far. He really, really, REALLY hates the Cute Little Lost Bunnies, of whom he's tried to assasinate. He is Nega-Gosalyn's official guardian. [voiced by Jim Cummings]

voiced Dr. Ivo Robotnik in Sonic the Hedgehog

Dr. Robotnik served as the Minister of War for King Acorn during the Great War, where he went by the name Julian. However, upon stealing Uncle Chuck’s roboticizer technology, Dr. Robotnik decided to stage a coup on the day he was supposed to be promoted to Minister of Science. After taking power, Dr. Robotnik began to transform the city of Mobotropolis into Robotropolis, in which he tossed King Acorn into The Void and he roboticized Uncle Chuck and every other individual who opposed him. Dr. Robotnik’s left hand is roboticized due to Sonic and Sally heading back into the past during the second season, in which Sonic pushed Dr. Robotnik partially into the roboticizer when it was active. Despite his best efforts to take complete control of Mobius, Dr. Robotnik has been unable to find Knothole Village, the headquarters of the Freedom Fighters, though he has remained in power for ten years despite their opposition. The only individual that Dr. Robotnik is absolutely afraid of is Naugus, whom Dr. Robotnik betrayed in order to gain complete control of The Void.

voiced Man-Spider in Spider-Man (1994)

First Appearance: "Enter The Punisher (2)"
First Comic Appearance: n/a, though he Spider-Man does grows four extra arms in the Amazing Spider-Man, issue 100 (1971)
A.K.A.: n/a
Love Interests: n/a
Eye Color: Red
Team(s): n/a
Position: Cured

Man-Spider first appeared in season two during the Neogenic Nightmare story arc, in which Spider-Man's DNA which was altered by the spider that bit him was not done changing. Soon, he grew four arms, and later became a human-Spider while battling the Punisher, who believes Spider-Man to be a villain due to his bad publicity with the Daily Bugle. Man-Spider now possesses the entire appearance of a Spider, with organic webbing, eight arms and legs (combined), the power to spew acid, and more. Man-Spider kidnaps the Punisher, and takes him to a cave, where he webs him up from head to toe, and plans to eat him. Before he can do so, he is tracked down by Sergei Kravenoff, who has become Kraven the Hunter once more to foil Man-Spider's plot. Alongside Kraven is Dr. Maria Crawford with the cure for Spider-Man's transformation, though Spider-Man was forced to take treatments by the Neogenic Recombinator every day, otherwise he'd return to his Man-Spider state once more. He was later cured when he was attacked by The Vulture, who stole Spider-Man's mutation disease, along with Spider-Man's youth. Once Dr. Connors gave Spider-Man his youth back, he left the mutation disease in The Vulture's body, ridding Spider-Man of the Man-Spider mutation disease forever more.

voiced Mayor Manx in Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron

First Appearance: "The Pastmaster Always Rings Twice"
Catchphrase: "I'm getting out of hyah!"
Despite the fact that he is the first man of Megakat City, Manx is very irresponsible and a great coward. He usually lets Callie do all important stuffs, while he is playing golf. Even though he can sometimes annoy Callie, she cares about him, and she sometimes treat him more like a mother or big sister.

voiced Witterquick in Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light

Allegiance: Good
Affiliation: Spectral Knights

An athletic knight, he is possibly the most serious member of the team. He has a strong sense of duty towards his fellows and feels they must come first at all times; his willingness (in one episode) to kill a dragon to use its claw in a healing spell illustrates this. His Totem is the Cheetah and his Staff has the Power of Speed.
