Jasper Badun is one of Cruella’s henchmen and he is often assigned tasks to perform illegal activities for the sake of Cruella’s benefit. Unlike his brother, Jasper is well aware that what he is doing is illegal, though due to Cruella’s trickery, he’s stuck in a contractual obligation that prevents him from receiving any payment for his actions, as all Cruella covers is their direct expenses while they’re under her employment. When Cruella attempted to make clothing designs out of Dalmatian fur, Jasper was assigned the task of obtaining the Dalmatians, in which he led his brother in their endeavors to get the job done, though the scheme ultimately ended up in failure and Cruella’s reputation was ruined. Cruella considers both Horace and Jasper to be equally incompetent, though Jasper has proven to be the smarter of the brothers and he often comes up with the schemes and ploys that the two do while in the process of working for Cruella, though Horace tends to be the one who messes up the plan and causes the two of them to fail in their objective.

When carrying out his assignments, Jasper prefers to be more direct than his brother, in which he has come close to achieving his goal on many instances. However, many times he is foiled by the Dalmatians, though due to his personality, he won’t hesitate to hurt or even kill them in order to negate their influence in the overall plan. However, Horace tends to do what he can to prevent Jasper from doing such things towards the Dalmatians, which frustrates him as he feels that the Dalmatians are responsible for some of their failures. Despite the fact that the two of them often bicker and fight over such things, Jasper and Horace are very close as brothers and they’re practically one another’s best friend, which is the primary reason that they spend all their time together, just goofing off and exploiting their predicament with Cruella in order to use her luxuries to live the good life. Just like his brother, Jasper likes to gamble away any money he has available at Cruella’s dog-racing track, though in his spare time, he usually just watches television and consumes many of his favorite meals, at Cruella’s expense.
