Mark Lenard (1) Trivia |
| |
Mark is the only actor to play a member of all three main alien species in Star Trek: the Vulcans, the Klingons and the Romulans. | Mark had two daughters. | Mark had to have his hair dyed and makeup applied to his face to make him look older while playing Sarek, the Vulcan father of Spock on "Star Trek" (1966) because in reality he wasn't that much older than Leonard Nimoy, who played Spock. | Mark is one of only 32 actors or actresses to have starred in both the original "Star Trek" (1966) (up to and including Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991)) and then in one of the spin offs. | In addition to appearing in several Star Trek shows and movies as Spock's father, Sarek, Mark also played the very first Romulan ever seen and played the first Klingon to feature a "forehead" (the lumpy forehead prosthetics). | Mark was 6' (1.83 m) tall. |
