Mostly Credited As: Robert Colbert
Birth Name: Robert Lewis Colbert
Date Of Birth: July 26, 1931 (Age 78)
Country Of Birth: USA
Birth Place: Long Beach, California, USA

Tall, dark complexioned actor who was a contract player for Columbia and later Warner Brothers studios during the late 1950's and early 1960's. Colbert briefly replaced James Garner on Maverick during that show's fourth season being cast mainly because he bore a strong physical resemblance to Garner. He later starred in the 1966-67 cult Irwin Allen sci-fi drama Time Tunnel. After Colbert's primetime television roles began to dry up he joined the cast of the popular daytime drama Young and the Restless playing patriarch Stuart Brooks. He departed that show in 1983 and has appeared only sporadically on-screen since.
