The Collector's evil henchman who does all the dirty job of setting traps for toons and concealing the traces.

Mr. Whiskers is a rabbit who doesn’t have very many friends, mostly due to his poor personality and body odor, though his life has also prevented him from settling down in one spot. While on his way to a zoo in Paraguay, he encountered Brandy Harrington of the Florida Harringtons, though he inadvertently opened the plane’s cargo door and the two of them plummeted into the middle of the Amazon Rainforest. Mr. Whiskers managed to become Brandy’s friend and the two of them built a tree house together, though despite their shared living quarters, Mr. Whiskers often gets on Brandy’s nerves. Mr. Whiskers’ best friend, aside from Brandy is Ed the Otter, who is one of the few people in the Amazon who are capable of enduring Mr. Whiskers’ antics. Unlike Brandy, Mr. Whiskers enjoys his time in the Amazon Rainforest and he doesn’t spend his time trying to get rescued.

Chicken is the older brother of Cow, and the son of Mom and Dad. Chicken doesn't always feel the same way about Cow as she does about him. Chicken does love his sister, even though he doesn't always show it though. Chicken didn't have superhero identity like Cow, but he was usually the first one to be saved by Cow when there was trouble. Then, he later became Wonder Wattle.

Cow is the younger sister of Chicken, and loves him so much even though at times Chicken feels that he doesn't like her. Cow's secret identity is Supercow who is a Spanish speaking superhero that comes to the rescue whenever there is trouble.

Bev Bighead is married to Ed Bighead, and is Rocko's neighbor. Bev is friendly, and usually enjoys visits from Rocko, and his friends. Ed and her have a son named Ralph who is now a cartoonist, and creator of "The Fatheads". Bev is kind-hearted yet sometimes overly flirtatious to other men, including Rocko. Bev and her husband enjoy a variety of bugs, more specifically flies. Bev is unemployed, and is a housewife.

Ed is Rocko's neighbor, a grumpy toad who has a very aggressive attitude towards most people in O-Town. He works at Conglom-O but really doesn't like his job, or his life. He's married to Bev, another toad who flirts most of the men in town. Ed and Bev have strange bedroom habits, one of which is Ed cracking plates in mid-air with his tongue like clay pigeons

Snively once greatly respected his uncle Julian and he had done everything he could to help his uncle come into power. However, when Julian became Dr. Robotnik and started to rule Robotropolis, Snively was treated as nothing more than a lackey and he was often physically abused for any failures that occurred under his watch. It was for this reason that Snively began to loathe Dr. Robotnik and he had hoped a day would arrive where Sonic would actually defeat Dr. Robotnik, as he could then take his position as rules of Robotropolis. Despite his feelings towards Dr. Robotnik, he still served as his second in command and he oversaw operations where Robotnik couldn’t personally attend. Snively once had a full head of hair, though when Sonic went into the past during the second season, Sonic rushed by Snively with great speed, which caused Snively to lose all of his hair. Snively was planned to be a key player in the third season of the series, though the series was cancelled before such could ever be established.

He is the muscle of the team. Chance is one of the best pilots that Megakat City ever had. Underneat that tough guy appearance and hot-shot attitude, he is kind and friendly. The only persons he can't stand, are Commander Feral and Burke and Murray, the two bullies that delivers junk at the salvage yard. He can sometimes be stubborn and clumsy and because of that, he can hurt himself, or mostly Jake.
