In the movie Operation: Z.E.R.O, Wally finally finds the stomach, although it takes a transformation into a senior citzizombie and an infected Kuki to push him, the two finally embraced their true feelings for each other

voiced Tommy Gilligan in Codename: Kids Next Door

Tommy Gilligan is Hoagie P Gilligan's younger brother, and one of the more impressionable siblings of the KND. Looking up to his brother's stature in Sector V and wanting to become a KND agent himself. Tommy's pleas would go mostly unheard until Sector V were decommisoned as the result of a conspiracy orchestrated by the desperate Chad Dickinson, Gigllian occupied Numbah one, the only one to escape the decommisioning, on his quest to uncover the truth. Forced to put up with him, Nigel also was persuaded by Tommy to give him a KND designation (only Tommy insisted he be called "Numbah T", despite letters never really standing for numbers). After Sector V and the KND Moonbase were saved from destruction, Tommy was drafted into the KND training programme.

Tommy was despatched to the KND Artic base for training alongside his two close freinds, Sonia and Lee. They would soon sucessfully defend the base despite being mere rookies against an attack force led by Father searching for the KND code module. The module would however still prove to be the end of Tommy's official association with the KND

After graduating and qualifiying as a full time KND agent, Tommy was soon called to fight alongside his fellow agents against Father, who had used the recently aqquired Code Module as a power source for a weapon which turned any agent into an animal.

Upon disvovering the reasons that Father and the DCFDTL remain immune to the ray's effects is due to the Code Module serving as a means to ensure the ray only targets KND members, Tommy sacrificed his KND membership to repel the ray's effects, turn Father and the DCDTL into animals, and destroy the machine. The sacrifice restored the KND to normalcy, but Tommy could no longer rejoin their ranks.
Tommy decided to operate outside of the KND as an indepedent agent, a masked vigilante sporting a mask, hat, and dark cloak. Tommy renamed himself "The Tommy" and has since helped out the KND occasionaly on his many missions whenever they need him.

Tommy has a particular hatred of Baths.

More animal than humanoid, he is a beastly alien with superhuman athletic abilities, and heightened senses of smell, hearing, and taste. He can also fire the quills on his back as projectiles with incredible accuracy. Even though he has no eyes, his lack of vision is supplemented by his hearing and smell, which works almost as well as actual vision (which appear as red figures against a green backdrop). Wildmutt cannot communicate verbally, but can growl, grunt, and make other similar noises.
