Hiro, a Japanese office worker, discovers that he is able to bend both time and space. With this power, Hiro is able to instantaneously teleport anywhere in the world.

A believer in his newfound abilities, he recruits his English speaking friend Ando to join him on a journey to New York City, where he must meet up with Issac Mendez in order to prevent Issac's murder and save Manhattan from a nuclear explosion.
