Davina presents the final show for the boys. By the end of the night the line up for the group will be revealed. Everyone performs songs of their own choice. Daniel, Anton and Keith receive the best reviews from the judges. There is an anxious wait whilst the public vote takes place. Davina returns later with the results. Chris is the unlucky singer who finds out he has just missed out.
Saturday November 30th, 2002
The boys return to sing live one last time and by the end of the evening the group's line up will be revealed. Keith sings You Are So Beautiful and all the judges like his performance. Daniel sings Candle In th Wind whilst Matt performs I’ll Be There. Anton sings I Believe I Can Fly and Jamie sings Everyday Hurts. Chris performs With A Little Help From My Friends. The lines are opened for the public vote and everyone faces an anxious wait. Davina returns later in the evening with the results. The first person to find out that they have made the group is Matt. Keith, Daniel and Anton find out next that they are also in. Davina asks the final two singers, Jamie and Chris to join her on stage. Chris and Jamie received the lowest amount of votes this week.
The losing male finalists have since formed their own group called Phix.
Matthew has since appeared on The X Factor but was eliminated at the second stage of the competition.
Pete Waterman insisted that the band would be a vocal harmony group and not a boy band.
