|Saw them again at London Film & Comic Con on Sunday. The queues for pro photoshoots with Hayden and Milo/Adrian together were huge plus they wouldn't allow people to take photos with them when they were signing autographs. The venue was quite dark as well so that didn't help matters as it meant people had to use camera flashes and guests don't like being constantly blinded.
Hayden was nice enough in the photoshoot, greeting me like everyone else but it was all over so quickly. When I went to get her autograph, she didn't say anything or look at me which pissed me off a bit but my ticket was 700 something so she was probably beyond caring at that point. Other people had complained that she was talking to Dominic Monaghan too much as well because they were sat next to each other. I should've saved that £20 and got Jack Coleman's autograph instead, I'm sure he would've been nicer or at least have acknowledged me. I guess the bar had been raised by Milo so I was expecting something better.
I got Milo's autograph quite early and they allowed personalisations at that point so I wrote down my name on the back of the ticket. I didn't expect him to say anything but he greeted me by name and I managed to blurt out how I was and asked him how he was. He told me he was a bit tired (NBC really have made a mess with this Heroes World Tour/publicity stunt) and I asked him if he was going home tomorrow (Monday) and he said yes. Then I shook his hand and he said it was nice to meet me and I replied: "Cheers." From what I witnessed on Friday and Sunday, he was one of the more energetic and nicest of the four Heroes cast, despite being tired from doing all the press interviews.
The other nicest one would have to be Jack Coleman. I only did a photoshoot with him but we shook hands just before and he was very pleasant. He's really tall as well. He was also smiling and waving to the crowd on Friday as if he really enjoyed the experience. I wish I'd have gotten his autograph instead of Hayden's now as other people have said he was charming and funny.
For the Petrelli brothers photoshoot, I was getting closer to my turn and could see Adrian allowing people to put their arms around him. As I moved further forward, I saw a guy put his arm around Milo and Milo politely declined and put his arm down. After that, he whispered something to Adrian and from that point onwards, everyone had to keep their arms by their side and Milo would use one hand to hold the person's arm down. In my mind, he'd whispered to Adrian to stop allowing people to put their arms around him as it would encourage them to put their other arm around Milo. The girl working in the area confirmed the no arm contact rule had been started by Milo and that the photographer and bodyguard went along with it. It was all a bit strange. When it was my turn, I walked in between them, greeted them and nodded to Milo, Milo greeted me and I think Adrian did as well but Adrian was on the near side and most people didn't get chance to look at him. It was all a bit of a blur, lasting only seconds and you're quickly bundled out as the next person moves in.
I also met Emily Dale (Katie Bell from Harry Potter) who was really sweet and nice. I was a bit tongue-tied, though, and forgot to ask what she was up to now.
Saw Patrick Stewart there but he left early. There was a lookalike wandering about in full Star Trek costume, it was hilarious. I wish I'd taken a photo of him. Nana Visitor was also there and she did not look 50 at all. Her hair was in a black bob and she looks stunning. She was laughing and smiling all day and I saw her in one of the public bars, eating lunch, I think. All the other celebs went to the private area behind closed doors for theirs. I was queueing for the cash machine and had to make a gap for her as she walked past, she was very polite and smiled. I heard some fans were trying to take a photo with her but their battery ran out so what did Nana do? She offered to let them use her camera and swap the memory cards. How many celebs would do that? What a star.
