» Oh, I made 6000 recaps...
Haven't really been paying attention. But guess I went over 6,000 recaps. And 91 editorships. Thanks goodness for Encore Western, I've been filling in stuff on several older Westerns.

Meanwhile, shows come and gone. Young Justice, Green Lantern, Leverage, Fringe, have all closed their doors. Haven is on hiatus.

But I'm always picking up new stuff, so Cult, The Following, In the Flesh, and Utopia. Maybe I'll take in the new Batman series.

Summer 2013 looks kind of slow. Doctor Who and Warehouse 13 are starting late in Spring, so those will keep me business. That might be when I catch up on some of my older shows.

This is an amazing amount of work. I get tired of doing recaps for just one show, which is on hiatus at the moment. I don't know how you manage it.

Hard work.

I average about 7 premiering shows a week, then catch 2-3 hours of repeats on the weekends. Cult moved from Tuesdays to Fridays, which I could hae lived without. Fortunately, through sheer luck, I've avoided overlap. Hotel Impossible will end, and then Warehouse 13 will replace it in a month. Green Lantern and Young Justice ended on weekends, but Doctor Who on Saturdays starts back up in a week or so. Right now, having In The Flesh and Once Upon a Time on Sundays is the worse, but ItF is only on for another couple of weeks.

Last fall when Arrow, Supernatural, and American Horror Story were all on Wednesdays, was kind of a killer. Worse was last year when Awake and Person of Interest were on Thursdays, because I don't get home until late on Thursday nights.

Summer will be slow, but I should have enough DVD stuff to keep me occupied. I'm working through... Riverboat, Dresden Files, I Spy, Men in Space, Invisible Man (UK), Mr. Lucky, Have Gun Will Travel, Man from UNCLE, Land of the Giants. And something will probably comes up: it always does. This time I got ahead of the curve with In The Flesh. Usually I scope out the "Most Vieweds" and if I see something, I get on it. That's how I picked up Sinbad last fall, but then it got cancelled.

I love The Dresden Files. It got me to seek out the audiobooks by Jim Butcher and now I'm hooked on listening to books rather than reading them.

You've inspired me, I think I might take a crack at Brisco County, one of my favorites from years ago.

Brisco County is on my list, too. I got the DVDs a while back but haven't had a chance to look at it. Maybe this summer. But then I've got several DVD sets like that. Brisco County, Birds of Prey, Stingray, The Collector. Probably a few others I'm not remembering. Summer looks pretty sparse for me, so I hope to do a lot of catch-up then.

Have you considered Under The Dome? It looks interesting.
