What Did We Do? |

Someone answer me, what is it that my family has done to be put through so much this past year? As most here know I lost my brother back in March after a brief illness. And then my sister lost her father-in-law in July. About the same time I found out my dog was starting to have kidney failure. Again, about the same month my nephew found out he had a lump on his kidney. Two weeks ago he had his kidney removed. This morning we got the news that his tests on the kidney have come in. He has a rare form of Cancer, I don't remember what the name was exactly, but it affects the bones. The doctor says he needs to start chemotherapy immediately and he has a 50/50 chance of survival. None of us felt that this was a possibility. He is only 23 and has led a healthy lifestyle. He's a devout vegetarian since he was 12 and hates smokers.
