» Chris [Me]
Ragers,

As many of you have read about on the main page or through the forums/blogs, TVRage lost one of it's most valued and beloved members last month. Chris, or "Me", passed away.

I didn't know Chris very well personally, but working aside him on the TVRage staff over the last few years has truly been a pleasure. I can honestly say he was one of the kindest, most dedicated people I've ever known.

When Chris wasn't posting witty remarks in the forum, he was working hard to keep the site up to date. I remember a few months ago when he had to stay offline for a week or so due to medical problems; the first thing he did when he came back was apologize to us for letting the schedule fall behind. Like KingOrin said in his blog, that's just the kind of guy he was.

He believed in the potential of TVRage and loved it's community. It's truly a shame that he won't be here to see it reach that potential, something that would have been impossible without him.

Rest in peace Chris. It's a lesser place here without you.

I was always amazed by his contributions to the site. I'll miss having him around the forums.

I agree. The site isn't the same without his contributions in the forums or to the different guides.

I knew Chris off the site some, he was a very sweet and wonderful guy and he'll truly be missed. He had suffered a lot of medical issues over the years, and even though he lived a lot longer than they ever expected it's still a shock to hear that he's passed away.

I remember him making all those very funny and quirky comments. Back when I was a frequent, he never hesitated on helping me out with any doubts and troubles regarding the site. He was all around great guy.

Wow. Can't believe I didn't see this. Not much to say that hasn't already been said. We were never the best of friends, but I always had nothing but respect for the guy. May he rest in peace.

This is horrible news...I'm not sure what to say. Wasn't expecting to read this when I logged in today. Rest in peace.

What was the cause of death? Does anyone know?

He struggled with a serious disease for most of his life. I can't remember the name at this moment.
