» Peter Tomarken is Dead

One of my fave game-show hosts has been killed in a plane crash. Peter Tomarken, host of "Press Your Luck," was killed along with his wife when his plane crashed over Santa Monica, CA.

I remember "Press Your Luck" being one of the very first game shows I ever watched (on Game Show Network, at least, for me it was a real happy time). Peter was funny, smart and talented. To me, he was the ideal game show host.

May you rest in peace, Peter. And don't forget about those Whammies.

	I used to watch that show all the time when I was little and it still ocassionally shows up on GSN, mainly on the weekends. R.I.P. Peter.
