There I was, minding my own business, downing a bowl of pasta salad, perusing the daily news articles of the day on various Entertainment sites... when I read this headline... and the pasta spewed out of my mouth in sheer surprise:

And all of a sudden, the gears in my head started to grind and came to a screeching halt. Then, I had to hit the replay button because that just HAD to be a joke. Alas, considering her self-aggrandizing stunts of the past, I wasn't too surprised it was real. An excerpt for your reading enjoyment, or lack there of...

Paris Hilton's debut album will be a mixture of reggae pop and hip-hop, the socialite has revealed.

That alone is enough to hide the children.. but there's more.

the album will also include a cover version of Rod Stewart's “Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?”

I wonder, if Rod Stewart had any say in that. If he did.. well, I wouldn;t even be sure how to respond to that except maybe, to just put the weed down.

Wait, there's more... this is probably the most grossly fascinating morsel of all, to wonder what kind of songs she would pen...

But she claims she has personally written the lyrics for seven songs that will appear on the LP.

And maybe my most favorite of all, is she talks about a song she sings of Nicole's Jealousy. She has been riding on the "Nicole Is Jealous" train for way too long. Really, get over it, girl. It makes Paris look 100x as envious as she claims Nicole is.

Normally I wouldn't waste this much energy with sentences that contain Paris Hilton in them, however... Rap/Reggae Album AND Paris Hilton, is just priceless.
