Hugh Lockwood, played by Hugh O'Brian

The primary Probe agent, or "Probe One," Hugh Lockwood was an ex-astronaut in superb physical training. He was a skilled offensive driver and hand-to-fighter with training in firearms, and sophisticated enough that he could blend into high society as comfortably as shoot it out on a battlefield. While not a compulsive womanizer, Lockwood's rugged good looks and winning charm inevitably managed to attract members of the opposite sex.
Nick Bianco, played by Anthony Franciosa

Nick Bianco was the head of Probe's Omega Division, dealing with cases that involved underworld crime: typically the American Syndicates but also the European Mafia. Bianca had his own criminal background and had numerous criminal connections both high and low throughout the syndicate, allowing him to deal with thieves and pickpockets as easily as Mafiosa Godfathers. He was also skilled with his guns and his fists, and comfortable behind the wheel of a car.
Christopher Robin "C.R." Grover, played by Doug McClure

With a name like "Christopher Robin," it's not surprising that this Probe agent preferred to be known by his initials of "C.R." Grover was the Standby Probe agent, which meant that he could be called in on short notice and had no regular division he was assigned to. C.R. came from a rich family and was a bit of a layabout, and it was hinted that family connections played a part in his being assigned to World Securities. Nonetheless, Grover was a competent agent, skilled in driving and fighting, and displayed a remarkable ability to rise to the occasion despite a lack of briefing and his addiction to the good life.
V.C.R. Cameron, played by Burgess Meredith

A technological genius, Cameron is described as having a dozen diplomas. His areas of expertise include electronics and computers, as well as radio transmissions. He is a connoisseur and appreciates good food and wine, but his coordination and lab duties rarely give him a chance to indulge. His determination and willpower help him resist a brainwashing/interrogation attempt in "Moment of Madness." While he didn't create World Securities per se, the general impression is that he created the Probe Division.
