This show is a commercial for UShipRating: 0 likes, 1 dislikes
I have been a ownwer/driver for over 30 years. Neither my husband, nor I have EVER been late or had a damage claim. There are NO truck drivers in their right mind that would bid on anything as low as they bid or, as far away as the loads are. It's so funny. In the REAL world, you try to find loads that are close to where you're empty, that pay as much as you can get per mile (especially, since fuel is outrageously high!). If you're average rate per mile isn't between $2.50 & $3, for long hauls, you are generally going in the hole! AND, you certainly wouldn't accept a load without the EXACT dimensions/weight. These idiots are getting paid by the show, in addition to what the loads pay, or they couldn't do it! UShip charges you 5% for every load you book through them, so, unless you way overbid on a load, you wouldn't really want to haul through them. Shippers (ie: general public) will get a bad impression of how things work from this show, for sure! It's just a comedy! I think Roy is hysterical! Jennifer is an airhead, and an embarassment to truck drivers. Jarret has NO clue. Marc MAY be OK but underbids everything. (How can he be late, when he had 5 days to go only 3000 miles?) Jury is still out on the couple with the hotshot. Have to be in the mood to watch it often enough! LOL!
