 "10.5: Apocalypse" Summary

In Apocalypse, we learn that the massive temblors have, in fact, "altered the core structure of the Earth," causing increased volcanic activity and putting most of the Western Hemisphere in peril. Former "NYPD Blue" star Kim Delaney reprises her role as seismologist Samantha Hill, who's at a loss to explain the latest developments.

She turns to her dad (Frank Langella, "Good Night, and Good Luck") -- who, it turns out, is also a controversial seismologist -- who sees his widely discredited theories coming to pass. The elder Dr. Hill predicts "a Continental Divide of the land mass" of North America, meaning beachfront property in Colorado.
