| Show Tidbits | Teams arrive on the scrapheap set around 6.30am, they then set up and prepare some general shots for promotional purposes. This usually takes till around 9.00am when the teams hear their challenge and the 10 hours start. During the day a 1 hour compulsory lunch break is held where the clock is stopped and no work to be build can be done. After this the clock is restarted and the remaining hours done, leading to an end time of around 10.00pm.
