The series consumer affairs show and its target audience was children. It was like a junior version of Watchdog. The original presenter of the show was Zoe Ball and later presenters included Tim Vincent, Rhodri Owen and Ortis Deley.

The early series were shown on BBC One but later series were shown on CBBC first with episodes repeated on BBC One several days later.
