From the creators of "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" comes the series Housebroken. This series is about Arwin (played by Brian Stepanek) moving in with his sister, to help her take care of her children. This series will be a spin-off from the Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
The series is also going to deal with more serious issues like single parenting and stuff, rather than Arwin's comedy from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
