Shazzan! is about a magical genie who is called by two young people Chuck and Nancy. Together with the flying camel, Kaboobie, Chuck and Nancy battle evil wizards, imps and other genies. They have many adventures together with Shazzan often serving as their hero.

Chuck and Nancy are pursued by flying Imps. These imps apparently have a deal with an evil wizard to get the two so he can lure and capture Shazzan.

  Classic Hanna-Barbera toon worth getting intoRating: 1 likes, 0 dislikesCreated by Joseph Barbera and William Hanna, "Shazzan" is by far one of the more creative and beautifully animated series of all time. This show holds up remarkably well even till today because of the high quality of animation. Looking at this show is really a treat every character is drawn well and the detail in the backgrounds are all done quite exquisitely well. The stories were all decent. One week "Shazzan" might be fighting another genie, the next episode he might be fighting an evil dictator, and another he might be saving Chuck and Nancy from a dangerous monster. This show had a bit of everything. The voices were all great too. This is one of the early golden era of animation and by far one of the best. It's definitely different from other Hanna-Barbera toons like "Scooby Doo" (in my opinion more sophisticated) and it definitely has that decent budget look where you can tell the animators were decent and there was money to spend on each episde.
