Chico and Guapo are interns at a Mr. Angelo's recording studio. When they're not out on adventures, they provide Beavis and Butt-Head-style commentary on real TV shows while channel surfing in Mr. Angelo's office. The TV footage that they comment on ranges from MTV staples like Newlyweds and Laguna Beach to cable access TV and network news. With Chico and Guapo holding the remote, nothing is sacred - not even homegrown talent.
