The Teddy Bomber has plans of destroying very tall buildings all over Tharsis with bombs embedded in fluffy teddy bears. As Spike goes in to grab the bounty, a spoiled rich kid, Andy, the Cowboy, interferes. It seems that Andy has nothing better to do than to play cowboy.
The Teddy Bomber becomes frustrated time after time, as each time he goes to reveal his diabolical plans, he is interrupted by Spike and Andy, who are too busy fighting each other to pay the criminal any attention. Who will snatch the bounty? Will it be Spike or Andy?

Episode Notes |
| |
This episode was not shown during the initial run of the series in the english dub on [Adult Swim] because the two towers that were blown up in the episode resembled the twin towers of the 9/11 attacks. It aired during the second run of the series on the network although that almost didn't happen. In fact, "Brain Scratch" aired on the day it was suppose to air, February 14th, 2002. "Cowboy Funk" would air the next night. |
