Patty Duke portrays Julia Mansfield, the first woman ever to become president of the USA. In this wacky sitcom, everyone around the president lady seems to be on the verge of insanity. Mrs. Mansfield is married to General Olivier, a man who cheats her with a curvaceous Russian agent. The Russians also have some raised eyebrows on this female leader.
