Code R follows the lives and adventures of the members of the fire, police and rescue departments of California's Channel Island. "Code R," is a one-hour action adventure drama dealing with emergency rescue operations on a small island off the Southern
California coaston CBS. Three young men head up the island's police, fire and ocean rescue departments, dealing with every kind of emergency, from murder and rescues at sea to lost hitchhikers, smugglers, and other threats to the island's population, whether it be from animal or man.
