1 :01x01 - Regeneration

When eccentric inventor Professor Gryffin commences with an experiment to bring back his lost family, he is interrupted by fugitive teenage hacker Stark Reality and a friend. The experiment goes awry and savage creatures are brought forward through the time spill, but so too, is a metal dog known as K-9. Self-destructing to save the kids, K-9 is later regenerated and sets about learning of his present location and devising a way to restore his lost memories and return home.

Meanwhile, Stark is apprehended and sentenced to a "detention scenario", unaware that one of the creatures has tracked his scent to the detention complex...
