The episode begins with the Water Police getting a mayday call about a fire on board a charter boat. Clarke tells Jeff that he is going out there with the crew. The Nemesis attend quickly, and they see someone on board the ferry covered in flames. When they pull her out of the water, she's badly injured. The ferry then explodes. Terry says the explosion could have been caused by radio, so everyone has to cease their radio transmission. Fiona tries to resuscitate the injured girl, but with no luck...Read the full recap

The character of Tommy Tavita (played by Jay Laga'aia) was originally meant to be called Marcello Tucci, and of Italian origin. However, when Jay was cast, the producers changed it to fit in with Jay's background, Samoan.
