<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The Nemesis crew are out on the water and are almost hit by another boat. Some people are drinking a lot and when Tommy and Gavin go on board, they talk to the boat's captain. Thinking that he had been drinking, they want to give him a breath test, but he refuses so they arrest him. At the station, Jeff tells the man, Reg Costello, that his blood alcohol level is over the limit so he will be taken to the SPC to be tested further and charged.

Knocker and Kevin are at the Water Police station. An iron man, Guy Bland, has died - his head has been cut off. Knocker shows them a video of the iron man competition that Guy had taken part of. Until they know exactly how he died, Homicide is going to be involved.

At the morgue, the pathologist shows Frank and Knocker Guy Bland's body. He says the sharks had started to eat at him before he was pulled from the water. Guy's fiance arrives to identify the body. When she wants to see his face, the detectives go to stop her but it's too late, she sees a balloon where his head should be, and Frank pops it.

At the surf club, Rachel, Frank and Kevin talk to Gary Holmes, who is the club secretary. They meet Jack Godfrey, who is the club president. Frank asks them who Guy trained with - two men, Todd Morris and Clinton James. Frank talks to Clinton, he didn't like Guy but says that he last saw him at 6pm the night he died. Kevin and Rachel talk to Todd, he last saw Guy at the same time Clinton did.

At the station, Knocker tells Frank, Rachel and Kevin that Guy Bland died of heart failure and that he was thrown into the water after he died. Frank wonders what happened to his head, and Knocker says that pathologists think a shark took it. They are stunned that a fit man can die of heart failure. Rachel thinks that it might be hereditary, but Knocker says that it wasn't. It was brought on by high blood potassium.

Mr Costello is with Jeff, saying that in the morning he found his boat drifting with a big hole in it. He thinks that Gavin didn't moor it properly. Jeff and Clarke talk, Mr Costello is taking civil action and then talk to the Nemesis crew. Gavin says he moored the boat properly.

Kevin tells the others that Guy Bland was seen at the Ozone Bar at 9pm the night he died, and was having a meal with Clinton and Todd. The problem is that Clinton and Todd haven't been since the detectives talked to them earlier in the day. Kevin says that they are into the nightclub scene, looking up at Rachel, who realises what is going on. She says she can't because she has her son over, but Knocker tells her "tough, we stick in pairs". Rachel then talks to Jonathon on the phone in the locker room. She tells him that she has to work and wants him to tell David. Fiona walks in and when Rachel is off the phone, she asks her if she has anything she could wear to a nightclub.

Clarke and Jeff talk to Mr Costello, who still wants to take them to court. Clarke tells him that next time he is out on the water, his crew will be there too. Gavin talks to Jeff in his office, he is trying to make it seem like he is the only one to blame. Fiona and Tommy walk in saying that they acted as a team the other day. Jeff informs them that Mr Costello has decided not to go ahead with the legal action.

Rachel and Kevin walk to the nightclub. Rachel asks Kevin who he's standing up, to which he replies "Claire. Again." "The love of your life?" asks Rachel, "She thinks so" Kevin replies. At the nightclub, the bouncer lets Rachel in but not Kevin. While Kevin is arguing with the man, Rachel sees Clinton and Todd arrive in a taxi. She tells Kevin, and goes to see them. They run. Clinton hits Rachel in the eye. They eventually arrest the pair, with the help from some other police officers near by.

Knocker and Frank talk to Clinton. Frank doesn't believe that the last time he saw Guy Bland was 9pm. Kevin and Rachel talk to Todd, who is crying. He says that Guy was already dead, and Jack Godfrey offered he and Clinton money to dump his body in the water.

In the morning, Julie Haynes arrives at the Water Police station to see Helen. She tells Helen that the Glebe police won't release her husband's body for identification purposes. Helen talks to Constable Spring, who says that Peter's body isn't that of Peter Haynes. He knows this by a navy tattoo the man had on his body, no one under the name Peter Haynes served in the navy. And dental records don't match either.

At Julie's house, she wonders why Peter would lie about his identity. Julie shows Helen Peter's office and she looks through some things in private, finding a Phantom figurine.

The next day, Jack Godfrey brings in his lawyer - Jonathon Goldstein - to the station for an interview. Knocker, Frank and Rachel ask Jack some questions, though Jonathon answers most of them. Kevin enters the room, and he, Knocker and Rachel leave. Kevin has the toxicology report - Guy Bland was using steroids, so it is no longer a homicide case.

At the surf club, a search is conducted for any signs of steroids. When some are found, Rachel and Frank take Todd back to the station. He tells them that Guy Bland wasn't with Jack Godfrey the night he died - he was with Mrs Godfrey.

Rachel sees David at the park. She tells him that she's sorry for not being able to be with him the previous night. David says that he waited until 9pm for her, and she's annoyed that Jonathon didn't tell him she had to work.

At the station, a detective named Brad Piper is there to see Frank. It's about Ricky Peterson, the man Jimmy is going after. They have had Ricky under surveillance, and Frank and Kevin go to have a look.

Joy Godfrey arrives to talk to the detectives, she was with Guy Bland the night he died - they were in bed together. He died in her arms. She says she didn't know what to do, except call Jack, who decided to dispose of the body. Jack has a word with Rachel and Frank, who tells them that Todd and Clinton have left the club, but knows who supplied the steroids. It was Gary Holmes. They search his car and find what they are looking for.

Kevin sits outside Frank's house, who then comes home. Frank doesn't want him to move back in, but Kevin takes his things in anyway. He has broken up with his girlfriend, Claire, who he thinks wanted to have children.

Jeff takes something into Helen's office, it is from the Phantom fan club. She soon questions a woman about Darryl Carson, asking her if she was married to him. "I still am" replies the woman, who is then shown a photo of Peter Haynes, he was her husband Darryl. Helen chats with Julie, who had no idea.

Frank gets a phone call from Brad Piper, it's about Ricky Peterson. He is about to be arrested. Frank goes to watch and sees Jimmy arrive. He wrestles him, and as Ricky is being arrested for firearms offenses, Frank tells Jimmy to go home to his wife and kids.

Rachel confronts Jonathon about him not telling David that she had to work a few nights earlier. Jonathon tells her that she is unfit to be his mother. Rachel tells him that he is not going to push her out of David's life. She leaves and gets into her car, Kevin is there also. She asks him if the restaurant they are going to is dark, and with a smile, he nods.
