Water Rats: One Dead Rat
Three criminals, including two of those who kidnapped Rachel, escape from their prison van, and try to make their getaway in a stolen boat along the Parramatta River. Frank is determined to stop them from leaving the country.

Meanwhile, the tension between Jeff and Helen begin to increase.

Rachel: I haven't forgotten.
Frank: She hasn't you know. Everytime we go out on a job, she tries to get into the boot!

Frank: What a fruitloop.
Rachel: Now Francis, don't make fun of things you don't understand.

Frank: What have you got for us, sweetcheeks?
Helen: Not a lot, pumpkin.

Rachel: Would you settle? Surveillance is all about patience, about being inconspicuous. You're playing on my nerves.

Frank: Surveillance is also about being on the ball!
(Rachel rolls her eyes)

Frank: There's always the possibility that I'll go home and find Ursula naked in my bed. Of course, it's an improbability but a bloke can dream.
Doug Harvey: Too tall for you, Frank.
Rachel: Oh, he adds a few inches when he dreams.
Doug Harvey: (chuckles, while Frank smiles) Yeah, don't we all?
