Angus MacFadyen stars in the first in a new two-part dramatised account of the life of the legendary pirate from his origins to the end of his reign of terror on the high seas. Lieutenant Robert Maynard plans to restore law and order to the oceans, but Edward Teach refuses to reform, instead reinventing himself with cutlasses and all-black attire, and setting out to claim the treasure of Captain Kidd.
