1 :01x01 - Who can stay blindfolded the longest?
In this first episode, Spenny decides to take Kenny on in a competition to see who can last the longest while blindfolded. Spenny takes all the precautions; headgear, kneepads, fluorescent clothing. But, there's one thing he doesn't know; Kenny doesn't exactly feel like playing by the rules.
2 :01x02 - Who can put on the best concert?
In this competition, it's a battle of the bands, as Kenny's children's choir take on the hard rocking, leather clad Spenny's. The question is, though, will the concert actually take place?
3 :01x03 - Who can win a series of mini-competitions?
This episode includes not just one competition, but a barrage of miniature competitions. The mini-comps include climbing stairs, wrestling, marshmallow eating, spitting grapes, rock/paper scissors & many more.
4 :01x04 - Who can stay awake the longest?
In one of the great episodes, Kenny and Spenny decide to find out who can outlast who in a no-sleeping competition. Spenny decides to take the honest route; no caffeine or pills. Whereas Kenny takes a trip to his very special friend, Dr Goldman, to get some pharmacetical assistance.
5 :01x05 - Who can stay handcuffed the longest?
In this episode, Kenny and Spenny are locked together by a pair of handcuffs. As each attempt to annoy the another (through robot dancing and kazoo playing), the introduction of an old friend of Spenny's tips the scales.
6 :01x06 - Who can lose the most weight?
The boys risk their own health as they try to find out who can lose the most weight in this contest. Spenny enlists the help of many trainers and experts, whereas Kenny returns back to his old friend Dr Goldman for some pharmacetical relief.
7 :01x07 - Who makes the most convincing woman?
In this one of a kind episode, the boys decide to find out who will make the most convincing woman. Kenny decides his female persona will be a tough, slutty, wise-cracking and embarrassing Kendra; whereas Spenny enlists the help of trainers and coaches to find his down-to-earth business-mom character, Spennita.
8 :01x08 - Who will use their arms first?
After rigging up several contraptions, hooks and hidden food items, the boys begin their next contest, 'Who will use their arms first'. It's a tough heat, until Kenny enlists the help of a little friend for assistance.
9 :01x09 - Who is the best figure skater?
Kernny, practising for the figure skating competition on the rink, falls and breaks his leg. Spenny, a caring individual, decides to take care of his friend after the tragic accident. How will this competition actually be won?
10 :01x10 - Who can stand up the longest?
This competition degenerates into a philosophical argument about what it means to stand. Is Kenny actually standing in his vertical sleeping bag apparatus or has he just managed to outsmart Spenny?
As the competition proceeds, with much exhaustion, Kenny decides to use apparatus to 'help' him standing. But, is it leaning or is it not? As the competition continues, it degenerates into a philosophical arguement as to the nature of standing. With help of a dictionary-writing expert, hopefully we'll find out.
11 :01x11 - Who can earn the most money in three days?
With Spenny taking the honest route in his money making, with creating art and busking, will Kenny's underhandedness prevail again?
12 :01x12 - Who do kids like most?
It's up to the kids in this episode, as the boys attempt to find out who kids like more. Kenny enlists the help of a sugar rush to foil Spenny, but will it work?
13 :01x13 - Who does she like better?
In this episode, Kenny and Spenny go out on a date with the same girl, who then judges who she prefers. However, utilising one of his most original schemes, Kenny appears unbeatable.
14 :01x14 - Who can survive in the woods the longest?
As Kenny and Spenny descend into the wilderness (after a thorough stripsearch), will they find the lack of heat, food and entertainment be too much for them?
15 :01x15 - Who is the better boxer?
It's gloves at the ready in this spectacular episode of Kenny vs. Spenny, as the boys do battle to see who will prevail as the better boxer.
16 :01x16 - Who is the best actor?
Spenny enlists the help of a writing coach to concoct his act for this competition. Unfortunately for him, however, Kenny has decided to hire someone to help, too, but the difference is that Kenny doesn't plan on playing fairly.
17 :01x17 - Kenny takes Spenny to court for money owed
In this unique episode of Kenny vs. Spenny, Kenny takes Spenny to court for the money owed by Spenny for all of the tabs, dinners and business vacations taken which have been paid for by Kenny. Arguing infront of a real judge; what will be the verdict?
18 :01x18 - Who can live in a van the longest?
It's pedal to the medal in this episode, as the boys try to find out who can live in a van the longest. Spenny opts for the front seat, in shear fear of Kenny's driving, while Kenny turns the back of the van into his own little home away from home, complete with cooking oven and television. Who will be the victor in this claustrophobic challenge?
19 :01x19 - Who is the strongest?
In this episode of Kenny vs. Spenny there's a twist. Instead of Kenny vs. Spenny, it's Miriam vs. Spenny. Miriam, Kenny's brother, takes on the might of Spenny, but there's rumours floating around that she may be taking steroids...
20 :01x20 - Who is the sanest?
As Kenny and Spenny visit a myriad of psychoanalyists, will Spenny's obsession with Kenny's insanity prove to be his folley? Or will Kenny's craziness shine through his act?
21 :01x21 - Who is the best Fashion Designer?
Spenny tries to bring political consciousness to the superficial world of fashion, as Kenny finally gets his chance to create skimpy swimwear and get close to yummy hottie models.
22 :01x22 - Who is the better chef?
Kenny has always been a much better cook than Spenny so he pledges to play by the rules. Spenny, knowing he’s screwed, goes against his moral code, and finally decides it’s time to cheat.
23 :01x23 - Who can sit on a cow the longest?
Dairy cows don’t like being mounted and they can run faster than most people. Will Kenny’s bag of dirty tricks help him to stay on his cow longer than Spenny? The boys risk life and limb and learn more than they ever wanted to know about cow dung.
24 :01x24 - Who can win a beauty pageant?
Formal wear, swimsuits, talent and personality will all be put to the test as one of the boys gets to wear the tiara. Taking the superficial route, Kenny makes himself as gorgeous as possible, while Spenny hopelessly learns to tap dance.
25 :01x25 - Who is the best parent?
It’s diapers, bottles and late night feeding as the boys get life-like, state-of-the-art computer chip babies. The data is measured and whoever has taken the best care of their baby is the winner.
26 :01x26 - Who is the best male stripper?
The boys don g-strings and take to the poles to see who will make the better male stripper. Kenny’s devious plot makes his own Tarzan routine obsolete and puts Spenny’s stripping nerd character on the brink.
26 :02x01 - Who can drink more beer?
The guys compete to see who can drink more beer - and puking means disqualification! Since Spenny's a much more experienced boozer, he's sure he has this one in the bag.
27 :02x02 - Who can stay naked the longest?
When Kenny and Spenny see who can go longer without wearing any clothes, Spenny tries to overcome his shame of being naked, while Kenny goes all-out in a bid to maximize his friend's embarrassment and discomfort.
28 :02x03 - Who has the biggest balls?
When Kenny and Spenny go head-to-head in a series of mini-competitions to see who has the biggest balls, Kenny goes beyond the usual crazy stunts, trying to psyche Spenny out, by trying to expose him as a whining bitch.
29 :02x04 - Who do old people like more?
The boys each get to entertain a group of elderly ladies, who will then vote on whom they like better. Spenny tries to make the seniors feel loved and appreciated, while Kenny tugs on their heartstrings by conning them.
30 :02x05 - Who can dance the longest?
The guys compete in a torturous endurance dance marathon. Kenny has a diabolical plan that will leave Spenny paranoid,confused and humiliated.
31 :02x06 - First one to talk loses.
The rules are simple: the first guy to say a word loses; grunting is allowed. Spenny tries to take advantage of the fact that Kenny talks in his sleep. Can Kenny abuse Spenny without talking?
32 :02x07 - Who is funnier?
Spenny's strategy is to return to his stand-up comedy roots. Meanwhile, Kenny, realizing the epic nature of the competition, decides to pull out all the stops, and pulls off the meanest practical joke he has ever perpetrated on Spenny.
33 :02x08 - Who can kiss more women?
Kenny uses deception in an attempt to slime as many kisses as humanly possible. Spenny paranoid of catching herpes, uses a direct and honest approach to get women to kiss him.
34 :02x09 - Who can win a rat race?
Kenny and Spenny go back to one of their oldest childhood competitions and decide to race rodents. Will Kenny's rat-like tendencies help him win, or will Spenny’s disciplined coaching lead his rat to victory?
35 :02x10 - Who is the better journalist?
The boys compete to see who can break the better news story. Spenny goes on a journey into his own personal heart of darkness. Kenny, meanwhile, tries to generate some of his own news by staging a tabloid media hoax.
36 :02x11 - Who can sell more bibles?
Kenny and Spenny square off to see who can sell more bibles. Kenny has a brilliant plan to teach Spenny a moral biblical lesson that he will never forget.
37 :02x12 - First one to be mean loses.
In a total reversal of Kenny's behavior, the guys compete to see who can go longer without being mean to the other. Kenny attempts to overwhelm his best friend with a highly suspicious onslaught of love and caring.
38 :02x13 - Who is the better rapper?
Spenny, who doesn't know much about rap, uses the opportunity to put out an educational message through his music. Kenny uses Spenny's ignorance of rap music against him, rapping his way to the final showdown.
39 :03x01 - First To Laugh Loses
Doing his best to make Spenny laugh, Kenny engages in an outrageous barrage of funny costumes and ridiculous characters. Thinking defensively, Spenny tries to plunge himself into a deep depression and existential crisis.
40 :03x02 - Who Do Gay Guys Like More?
Kenny and Spenny each go on a date with the same gay man, who will decide whom he likes better. Spenny decides that he will do anything to win, while Kenny does everything in his power to make Spenny look like a scumbag.
41 :03x03 - Who Can Wear A Dead Octopus On Their Head The Longest?
The boys see who can wear a dead octopus on his head in this brutal endurance competition. Both guys lose their minds as a rotting corpse stinks up their scalps…one more than the other.
42 :03x04 - Who Can Win A Ten Mile Race?
In this brutal endurance competition Kenny is at a disadvantage, Spenny is a runner, but that's not the reason why this competition turns out to be a disaster.
43 :03x05 - Who Can Lift More Weight With Their Genitals?
Qigong is the ancient contest of genital weightlifting. Spenny and Kenny stretch their genitals to the extreme. But, unfortunately, both guys have more to worry about than hernias.
44 :03x06 - Who is Cooler?
The boys compete to see which one is “cooler.” In possibly his lamest strategy to date, Spenny tries to transforms himself with a Johnny Depp impersonation. Kenny, knowing he’s cooler, just relaxes and parties.
45 :03x07 - Who Can Produce More Semen?
The boys see who can produce the most semen in a week. Kenny, knowing that Spenny is a master of masturbation, must do something drastic to stop him!

The guys see who can best manipulate the supernatural. Spenny, who is afraid of ghosts, uses white witchcraft and his guardian angel to protect himself, while Kenny, who doesn't believe in ghosts, tries to frighten his best friend by scaring the living shit out of him.
47 :03x09 - Who Can Make A Better Porno?
Judged by a professional porn producer, the guys compete to see who can make a better porno movie. Spenny decides to recreate an unfulfilled teenage fantasy, while Kenny decides to star in his own production, producing the first sketch comedy porno ever made.
48 :03x10 - Who Can Catch A Bigger Fish?
The guys head out to sea in a fishing competition. Spenny claims to be the better fisherman, but Kenny wants Spenny to be the catch of the day.
49 :03x11 - Who Can Imitate The Other Guy Better?
Judged by the crew, the guys must impersonate each other for several days. Spenny's impersonation of Kenny is good, but when Kenny starts to portray Spenny in a horribly negative light, Spenny breaks character in order to defend himself.
50 :03x12 - Who Can Stay Homeless The Longest?
The boys decide to give up all the comforts of home and see who can stay homeless the longest. Will Spenny survive without his hand sanitizer and sunscreen, or will Kenny’s lack of coffee and videogames give Spenny the edge?
51 :03x13 - Arm Wrestling Competition
Kenny and Spenny decide to have an arm wrestling competition. Terrified that Kenny will tamper with him, Spenny hires a security force and a trainer, while Kenny unveils his most unpredictable plot to date.
52 :04x01 - First One To Get A Boner Loses?
This competition sees Kenny and Spenny in an eating contest of sorts, except they can only eat meat exclusively. While Kenny eats just about everything in sight, Spenny tries a more conservative approach.

It's a battle to see who can hold off a boner the longest, as Kenny and Spenny must wear tight underwear at all times. Kenny tries to come on to Spenny in an attempt to arouse him, while Spenny keeps denying that he secretly has a thing for Kenny.

The challenge is simple: no using your arm for three days. A depressed Spenny gets increasingly aggravated by a relentlessly annoying Kenny. When the competition turns in to a battle of wits, Kenny finds alternative methods for arm use.

The boys compete in a beer drinking contest in which the first to puke is disqualified. Spenny believes he has an upper hand since he is experienced, but Kenny feels he can hold his own.
56 :04x05 - First Guy To Get A Stain Loses
Kenny and Spenny are each tied to a separate goat; the challenge is for them to remain with their goat as long as possible, as the first person who breaks free from his goat loses. However, Kenny has a plan in mind that might just help him use his goat for entertainment, while Spenny struggles to solve the urination and defecation problem that he is having with his goat.
