Countdown to Election Day: We are joined by CBS News correspondents Sharyl Attkisson, Trish Regan, and Lee Cowan for a roundtable discussion about the issues, hot races and mood of the voters in these final days before the mid-term election.

HealthWatch -- Healthy Fats: If you want a healthier diet, put some fat into it. But not just any fat will do. There are certain kinds that are essential for peak health. Dr. Mallika Marshall will explain the benefits of Omega-3 fatty acids, from easing chronic back pain to stabilizing mood swings and even helping fight diabetes.

Just Perfect -- Fires: Now that the cooler weather is here, it's time to make the most of your fireplace. Home improvement expert Danny Lipford will show us some techniques and tools for building a fire that's Just Perfect.

Affair-Proofing Your Marriage: In an effort to head off infidelity, some marriage counselors now recommend that couples make explicit agreements to tell their spouse if they are tempted to cheat and, if they've already strayed, to confess right away. That's one approach, but we will also talk about others with psychologist Judy Kuriansky, author of "The Complete Idiot’s Guide to a Healthy Relationship."

LORENZO LAMAS: He plays Hector Ramirez on the CBS daytime drama "The Bold and The Beautiful," and he will stop by our plaza to talk about his latest project: making his New York cabaret debut in a show called "Lorenzo Sings About Love."

Ghost Whisperer James Van Praagh, who is a spiritual medium and co-executive producer of the hit CBS show Ghost Whisperer, will be in our studio to demonstrate how he helps the living connect with the dead. We will have two volunteers who, with Van Praagh's help, will try to communicate with loved ones.

Chef on a Shoestring: Michael Psilakis of the New York City restaurants "Onera" and "Dona" will make sophisticated Greek cuisine.
Menu includes Tomato & Feta Baked Shrimp.

Second Cup Cafe: Singer/songwriter Amos Lee is a Philadelphia native whose influences include Bill Withers, Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder and Neil Young. Lee will perform songs from his new album, "Supply and Demand."
