Healthwatch -- Breat Implants The emotional debate over silicone-gel breast implants was revived Friday as manufacturers and patients awaited a government decision on whether the implants could be returned to the market. The Food and Drug Administration has told two California companies they would be able to resume sales of the implants if they met certain conditions. A decision was expected late Friday.
