1 :01x01 - The Way to Armageddon (Jul/02/2002)
During the battle of Sekigahara Kyoshiro and Kyo the Demon Eyes face off in a duel. The battle is interrupted when a meteor crashes to the battle field and consumes both warriors. Years later Kyoshiro is wandering the countryside now as a medicine man and has no knowledge of his life as a warrior. He meets the bounty hunter Yuga and during a battle with a demon it revealed that Kyoshiro is not the simple healer he appears to be.

2 :01x02 - Wanted (Dead or Alive) Man (Jul/09/2002)
During the battle with Kyo the truth about Kyoshiro is revealed. Both Kyoshiro and Kyo share the same body and can take control when needed. Some of the questions about how this came to be and the people they were before the joining are answered. When Kyoshiro and Yuya stop at a small village and meet a woman who says she knew both Kyoshiro and Kyo.

3 :01x03 - Red Mirage (Jul/16/2002)
While in the village a gang of assassin’s attacks and the chieftain challenges Kyoshiro. One of the assassins, Benitora, sees the horrible mismatch and joins Kyoshiro and Yuya to fight against the gang leader. Unfortunately the trio is still not enough and Kyo is needed to even the odds.

4 :01x04 - Sneaking Nightmare (Jul/23/2002)
With Kyo now in full control the group sets off and stops at an inn along the way. While there Kyo meets Yukimura an equally impressive fighter but during their meet they are attacked by a strange new foe.

Benitora meets an old friend who unknown to him is now under Nobunaga's control. Neither one of them completed their masters training but if Benitora hopes to win he must reached the final stage of training. That up until now he has always avoided.

13 :01x13 - The Crossing Souls (Sep/24/2002)
Two more followers of Nobunga show up to stop the group. Bikara and Antera, unlike most of Nobunga's minions they are devoted to each other and do anything to help one another and win. During the confusion though no one notices Yuya's strange disappearance.

14 :01x14 - Satan Once Again (Oct/01/2002)
Nobunaga takes human form to duel with Kyo but oddly Kyo starts making the mistakes of an unskilled fighter. With Yuya still missing and with her condition unknown. Some start to wonder what really is on Kyo's mind during this fight.

15 :01x15 - Our Friend, Red Tiger (Oct/08/2002)
Nobunaga is back to challenge the team again but this time his special attack puts him out of reach of Kyo and the others. Benitora steps up to take on Nobunaga and his new fighting style but can he make it fighting an opponent that out classes him in every-way.

16 :01x16 - Kyoshiro Returns (Oct/15/2002)
No one on the team can defeat Nobunaga not even Kyo. In his beaten state Kyoshiro is allowed to take control again and he discovers through memory progression. That perhaps Kyo wasn't the best fighter at Sekigahara all those years ago.

19 :01x19 - Thunderbolt Attack (Nov/05/2002)
A sneak attack by the Mibu Clan leaves Kyo and his friends in defeat. If not for Muramasa they would have died, he left the Mibu Clan to help his former student Kyo. Suske in defeat runs to Muramasa's place as well where he finds another magical weapon.

20 :01x20 - Far Away, The Absolute Zero (Nov/12/2002)
Hotaru another enemy from Kyo's past appears and his power is on par with Kyo in every-way. He'll have to wait in line though because Akira wants the glory for Kyo's defeat.

21 :01x21 - The Hellish Mibu Castle (Nov/19/2002)
Yukimura decides to join Mibu in his eyes the winning team. Sasuke chooses to stay with Kyo in opposition to his mentor. Meanwhile Muramasa teaches Kyo the true power of his sword.

Kyo meets Hotaru in his attempt to enter Mibu castle and with his no power victory shouldn't be a problem for Kyo. However the fact that Hotaru is a former friend of Kyo may complicate this battle.

Shatora resurrects Nobunaga again but this time in Kyo's old body, although this time its five powerful warriors armed with all the Muramasa's poised to battle Nobunaga.

26 :01x26 - The Samurai Sings A Ballad (Dec/23/2002)
Kyo combines all five Muramasa weapons and forces Nobunaga from his body. Now Kyo is his old self again and Kyoshiro is free as well, leaving the two fully ready to start their battle again!
