The girls are left emotional wrecks after being put through a day of grueling dance choreography. Then it's time for a lesson in DCC etiquette. A list of fashion do's and don'ts is given to the squad for both on and off the field behavior. When Jay shows up with Dallas Cowboys football players, the game is on, in the first annual Vets vs. Rookies football game. The night rehearsal does not go well as the pace quickens and missteps on the dance floor lead to more girls falling short of the mark. Kelli makes a cut to the best 36 girls. | |

| 19 :03x07 - Episode 307 (Nov/15/2008) | | The contestants suit up for a photo shoot in their Dallas Cowboys cheerleader's uniform. Then, the girls give a special goodbye to troops heading for Iraq. A special guest stops by as a guest judge. | |

| 20 :03x08 - Episode 308 (Nov/22/2008) | | More cuts are on the way and the girls struggle into the white boots for the first time. Jay puts the girls through an endurance test known as "pom pom punishment" in the searing Dallas heat. Four minutes of non-stop punishment which will get the ladies in shape. Then the final cuts are made, followed by relief and a day of photo shoots and laying by the swimming pool. Join 65,000 screaming Cowboys fans as the cheerleaders hit the turf and wow the entire stadium and themselves during their first Dallas Cowboys football game of the season. | |
