Kintaro Yajima (Katsunori Takahashi), formerly the leader of a motorcycle gang, good with his fists and lucky with girls, lands a job with a construction company when he saves the CEO after a fishing accident. His first day on the job, he finds himself in the crossfire of office politics. Still, he manages to be himself, and to attract the affection of those around him.
