This show is based off of a show on Court TV called Smoking Gun as well as the popular website: TheSmokingGun.com, both of these are about conspiracy theories and 'who done it' mysteries. This show makes fun of that subject matter... only with puppets.

The word is that Adultswim has put in an order for eight of these shows to be aired consecutively First one starting on October 23rd, and "Last"* one to be aired on November 2nd.
