In 1757, half sisters Alice and Cora Munro set out on a journey to join their father, the British commander of Fort William Henry located in upstate New York on the frontier. For the two damsels it will be a long and treacherous journey filled with peril at the hands of hostile Native Americans. Aiding the two Munro sisters in their journey are frontier scout Hawkeye and his two Native American companions, Uncas and Chingachgook, the last two surviving members of the Mohican tribe.

2 :01x02 - Episode 2

Betrayed by Magua, their guide, the travel party takes shelter in a cave and attempts to fend off a group of hostile Hurons. Hawkeye, Uncas, and Chingachgook manage to slip away and head towards Fort William Henry to get help. They're unaware that the fort has just been surrounded by French and Huron forces led by General Montcalm.

3 :01x03 - Episode 3

After capturing Major Hayward and the Munro sisters, Magua offers to free the Major and Alice provided that Cora come to live amongst the Hurons as his wife. In the meantime, Hawkeye, Uncas, and Chingachgook plan a rescue attempt.

The party finally makes it through French and Huron lines to reach the beleaguered Fort William Henry only to have Colonel Munro receive orders from his superiors to surrender the outpost.

Colonel Munro agrees to surrender Fort William Henry to the French and their Huron allies and General Montcalm agrees to let the British garrison depart under honorable terms. Unbeknownst to them, Magua is plotting a full-scale massacre.

6 :01x06 - Episode 6

Feb/21/1971
The Hurons attack a detachment of British troops and civilians who are departing Fort William Henry after its surrender. It's deja vu for the Munro sisters when they are abducted by Magua who still desires for Cora to be his teepee warmer. Hawkeye and his Mohican pals, accompanied by Colonel Munro and Major Hayward, take off in pursuit of Magua but things begin to look grim when Uncas is taken prisoner.

7 :01x07 - Episode 7

Alice and Uncas are rescued from the Huron village but there's still the matter of Cora whom Magua has stashed at a nearby Delaware encampment. Hawkeye and Company head to this second village to try to persuade the Delaware to set Cora free.
