Four very handsome students, Kyouhei, Ranmaru, Takenaga, and Yukinojou are living together in a giant mansion owned by their busy landlord, whom they refer to as "auntie". One day, she offers to make them a bet. If they can turn her creepy, weird, Gothic niece, Sunako Nakahara, into a lady, they will be able to live in the mansion and never pay rent again. But if they do not succeed, they will have to pay three times as much as they do now....

They agree, thinking it would be simple. But when they finally meet Sunako, thinking she had an uncanny resemblance to Samara of the Ring, they realize they're in for one heck of a journey.
