Fireflies is set in the small community of Lost River, Population 487.

Fireflies explores the Australian view of rural life, where the idyllic constantly struggles to meet the reality.

Into this closeknit community, Lill and Perry have come in pursuit of their own dream - a simpler life. But Lill and Perry find that small rural communities survive because its people work hard for it to survive - they’re our ‘everyday heroes’.
