| Show Slang | Longcoats: The Longcoats are the evil Azkadellia's personal army. They are called so due to the fact that they wear large, long black coats in addition to armor worn on their arms. | Mobat: This term describe's Tin Man's version of OZ's flying monkeys. Presumedly a combination of the two words, "monkey" and "bat." | The Great Gale: With it's actual meaning unknown in the first two episodes, the Great Gale was simply mentioned as the relative location of the Eclipse Emerald. In the finale, it is revealed as a reference to the Dorothy Gale, the first visitor of Earth to visit the Outer Zone, whose spirit DG meets when she discovers her family's royal tomb. DG is obviously named after the Great Gale as well. | The O.Z.: The O.Z. stands for the Outer Zone, the world beyond our Earth and where DG ends up when she jumps into the traveling storm (tornado). | Tin Men: The former police force of Central City. Called so because of the tin badges they once wore. Wyatt Cain was once a Tin Man working on the Mystic Man's detail. |
