Karin Hanazono has never lived a happy life. She was orphaned as a child and was raised by relatives she barely knew at the time, and despite her best efforts to succeed at school, she has been getting horrible grades. However, when her beloved pet cat dies one night, she discovers a ring while mourning its loss, only to discover that the ring actually belonged to her mother. Later that night, she encounters a mysterious boy, Kazune Kujyou, and a series of events causes her to realize that she is actually a goddess in human form. Now, she must travel the world, meeting others like her, in hopes of fulfilling a mission that she doesn’t entirely understand.
