Drama series about Ike Porter, a 55 year old deputy police chief, who decides he's no longer satisfied with his job desk and wants to go back on t he beat. He must return to the Police Academy and there he is paired with a rookie officer, Tony Jones. Later he use his connections to make himself and his partner assigned to the detective division.
