Los Angeles was a city which was kept in fear and paranoia as the most notorious murders in U.S. history roamed around free. It was Charles Manson and he lived on the deserts of Los Angeles and hoped that the underground would be his safe haven. But Manson and his followers weren't the only dangers lurking beneath the streets of LA. Corrupt cops secretly ran the city, and a subway system laid in waste. The 9-million plus who live there are ready for anything, along with shores which have military bunkers for protection and subterranean disaster-relief war rooms surveying the next big quake, LA's underground holds the key to its survival.
