The Johnny Carson Show

Filling in as a replacement for an injured Red Skelton on the self-titled "The Red Skelton," Johnny Carson impressed the executives enough that he received his own variety show. He would then go on to become the host of "The Tonight Show."

This show was a traditional variety show of the times with music, dancing and comedy galore.
