Area 52 is a workplace comedy set deep in the Nevada desert where the U.S. government id hiding an extraterrestrial.

The NBC Universal Television-based pilot was written by Mike Armstrong and will be directed by Dean Parisot. The pair will also serve as executive producers along with David Latt.
