The circus is in town - the sinister circus of the Ruthless Ringmaster! He and his performers steal a flying tank, a laser cannon, and the ultra serum that can grant the person who drinks it super powers! Naturally, Falcon 7 wants Birdman to get these weapons back and put the Ringmaster out of business. But the Ringmaster is working for someone else... F.E.A.R!
