Episode Summary

The King of Salaban claims that the King of Lanpeer intends to declare war on Salaban, so he declares war first! But it isn't really the King at all - it is The Mummer, evil master of disguise, who has taken the king's place to stir up trouble! Birdman stops the war, enraging the Mummer - who hatches a scheme to destroy the avian avenger!
